We have received communication from Australia Post informing us there are delays across the postal network. Delivering parcels across their network is taking longer than usual timeframes, including Express Post where the Express Post guarantee is no longer being upheld.

Notice: Processing Order Delays
Unfortunately with the COVID-19 crisis, we would like to advise that there are delays with the delivery and processing of your order.
At present, we are seeing delays of up to 7 business days with the delivery of your orders from our suppliers into our warehouse - affecting how fast we are able to process and despatch your order.
We are working as fast as we can, in the safest manner possible and really appreciate all of our customers for their patience and understanding at this unprecedented time.

Over the coming days some of our stores may need to reduce their trading hours. We are monitoring this closely and will continue to keep you updated via our Facebook page of any changes.
Our online store is still operating and all delivery methods are still available for you. If you are unwell or unable to leave home, please place an order online and we will ship it to you as quickly as we possibly can.
We are now able to ship to a majority of countries internationally. There are still significant delays in processing due to decreased air traffic. Orders can take up to 12 weeks toa rrive.
There is also delays in processing in our warehouse of up to 2 weeks due to increased processes.
If you have any questions please amil us and we will respond to emails as quickly as possible. We ask you to please be patient as it may take 48-72 hours for us to respond.

While we are now taking cash our preferred payment methods in store are as follows - Afterpay, Zip and all standard card transactions are preferred.
Please follow all social distancing rules when in store in respect to other customers and our Team. We are doing everything we can to provide you the best level of service possible in these difficult times. Please understand we may not be able to provide our normal high level of service.
