Notice: Australia Post Delays

We have been informed that many of our parcels will be delayed while making their way to you, through the Postal Network.

Notice: Despatch Times For Online Orders

Due to an extremely high influx of orders and COVID-19 restrictions, there are delays with despatch times for online orders. At present, we are working with a 2 day delay. We are continuously working hard to despatch your order on time and are very thankful for your patience. 

For quicker delivery, we recommend selecting items in stock, and opting for Express post as your delivery option.

 

Notice: Victorian Stores

Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions have forced a few of our stores to close temporarily as below: 

Lilydale (VIC), Rosebud (VIC), Sunbury (VIC), Warragul (VIC) 

These stores are offering contactless click and collect and as well as accepting phone orders.

Notice: Australia Post Delays

We have received communication from Australia Post informing us there are delays across the postal network. Delivering parcels across their network is taking longer than usual timeframes, including Express Post where the Express Post guarantee is no longer being upheld.

Please also note, there is also delays in processing in our warehouse of up to 2 days due to increased processes.

 

Notice: Processing Order Delays


Unfortunately with the COVID-19 crisis, we would like to advise that there are delays with the delivery and processing of your order.

At present, we are seeing delays of up to 2 business days in the processing and despatching of orders.

We are working as fast as we can, in the safest manner possible and really appreciate all of our customers for their patience and understanding at this unprecedented time.

Notice: International Delivery

We are now able to ship to a majority of countries internationally. There are still significant delays in processing due to decreased air traffic. Orders can take up to 12 weeks to arrive. These delays are out of our control. Please keep your parcels tracking link handy (found on your 'Order Shipped' email). Feel free to enquire with Australia Post from this link about any significant delays.

Over the coming days some of our stores may need to reduce their trading hours. We are monitoring this closely and will continue to keep you updated via our Facebook page of any changes.

Sanity.com.au is still operating and all delivery methods are still available for you. If you are unwell or unable to leave home, please place an order online and we will ship it to you as quickly as we possibly can.

If you have any questions please amil us and we will respond to emails as quickly as possible. We ask you to please be patient as it may take approximately 72 hours for us to respond.

If you would like to cancel your order please go to the Contact Us page and select ‘Cancel and Return my Order’ then please enter your order number in the ‘enquiry’ section.
 

 

To help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus we have implemented a range of measures in store to help protect against the spread – these include:

Preferred Payment

While Cash is accepted as a method of payment, our preferred payment methods in store are Afterpay, Zip and all standard Card/Contactless transactions. 

Social Distancing

Please follow all social distancing rules when in store  in respect to other customers and our Team. We are doing everything we can to provide you the best level of service possible in these difficult times. Please understand we may not be able to provide our normal high level of service.
