How do I join the Sanity ELITE Loyalty program?

You can join the Sanity ELITE Loyalty program by visiting any Sanity store or via our website. Visit http://www.sanity.com.au to join online, enter your details and a Loyalty card will be posted to you. Please note that physical Sanity ELITE Cards will not be posted to International customers.

How long will it take for me to receive my Loyalty card if I join online?

It will take around 2-3 weeks for you to receive a card in the mail. If you wish to purchase in-store prior to receiving your card, just mention to the Team that you are a Loyalty member and they will be able to look you up in the system. If you are shopping online, make sure that you are logged into your online account so that your purchases are recorded.

When will I start earning points and rewards from my purchases?

Once you sign up in store or online, you will start earning points immediately. Please note that points earned from Online purchases will be added to your Account 24 hours after your order has been shipped.However, in order to earn rewards from your points, you must provide a valid email and/or mailing address and agree to receive direct marketing.

How do I add my Loyalty card number to my online purchases?

You do not have to add your Loyalty card number to your online purchases. Your card number is automatically linked to your email address recorded in your Loyalty account. As long as you have an online account and are logged in when shopping online your purchases will be recorded.

My card has been lost, how do I replace it?

If you have lost or misplaced your card please email loyalty@sanity.com.au or call the Sanity ELITE Customer Service Team on 1800 789 220 to request a replacement. Alternatively, you can obtain a replacement card by visiting your nearest Sanity store.

How often will I get rewarded and to what value?

You will be rewarded every quarter based on your accumulated points so far. For every 250 Loyalty Points, you will be rewarded with a $10 Sanity ELITE Reward Code. However, in order to earn rewards from your points, you must provide a valid email and/or mailing address and agree to receive direct marketing.

How do I redeem my Sanity ELITE Reward Code?

You can redeem your Sanity ELITE Reward Code in any Sanity store or online at http://www.sanity.com.au

To redeem your Sanity Elite Reward Code online, simply follow the below steps:

  1. Visit www.sanity.com.au
  2. Log in to your Online Account (or Create an Account)
  3. Add your items to Cart and proceed to Checkout
  4. Under 'Payment Details', select to pay via 'ELITE Reward Code'
  5. Enter in your 10-digit number Reward Code and click 'Use Code'
  6. This will reduce your Purchase Total by the value of your Reward Code
  7. Finalise remainder of Purchase Total as (and if) required

I have a Sanity ELITE Reward Card/E-voucher that I received prior to 1 April 2016. Can I still use this?

Of course you can! You can redeem your Sanity ELITE Reward Card/E-voucher in any Sanity store or online at http://www.sanity.com.au.

To redeem your Sanity ELITE Reward Card/E-Voucher online, simply follow the below steps:

  1. Visit www.sanity.com.au
  2. Log in to your Online Account (or Create an Account)
  3. Add your items to Cart and proceed to Checkout
  4. Under 'Payment Details', select to pay via 'Sanity gift card or e-voucher'
  5. Enter in your Card/E-voucher Number and Pin
  6. Click 'Check credit' to confirm the Card/E-voucher amount
  7. If you are happy to proceed, click 'Use credit'
  8. This will reduce your Purchase Total by the value of your Reward Card/E-voucher
  9. Finalise remainder of Purchase Total as (and if) required

I have more than one Sanity ELITE Card. Which should I use?

If you have more than one card, please email loyalty@sanity.com.au or call the Sanity ELITE Customer Service Team on 1800 789 220 to ensure your spend is accurately credited to your Loyalty account.

How can I check my spend progress?

Your current spend balance can be checked at any of our Sanity stores or via your Sanity online account. By logging into your online account you can view your spend progress. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for purchases recorded in your Loyalty account to be visible online.

Do I earn points on Gift Card purchases or redemptions?

You will not earn Loyalty Points when purchasing a gift card/E-voucher. However, you will earn Loyalty Points when using a gift card/E-Voucher to actually make a purchase.

What do I do if I have Forgotten my password for my online account?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the "Forgotten password?" link just below your email address input at the login screen. After providing the email address associated with your Sanity account, that nominated address will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
