The sequel to the ultra-chill rollercoaster of THE GRUDGE sees a return to that dreaded haunted house. After a car accident that killed her boyfriend and ended her pregnancy, horror movie actress Kyoko Harase is invited as the host of a new documentary about the famous haunted house. While the crew are actually faking the stories, it becomes hard to ignore the strange creaking sounds from the other rooms and a weird stain that starts to spread out on the floor.

Soon the crew falls into the grip of evil from beyond the grave and, one by one, get visited by the vengeful mother and son. Kyoko must now face the ultimate curse; and the mysterious news that she is a few months pregnant...
