Orson Welles (star and director of the critically acclaimed Citizen Kane) stars as Captain Hart in this sea-bound adventure. When his ship is forced to accept a deportee of the Hong Kong government, Mark Conrad (Curt Jurgens), Captain Hart's nose is put out of joint.
