This film is based upon a book by Sicilian writer, Andrea
Camilleri. He is the writer of Inspector Montalbano, our
beloved detective series that has now sold in excess of

It’s 1890, and we find ourselves in Vigata, and during a
play of The Passion of Christ, the director of the Trinacria
Bank disappears mysteriously. Unlikely partners Deputy
