Storm Corrosion: Special Edition

Anticipated by prog fans for many years, Storm Corrosion is a collaboration between two of the modern era’s greatest and most revered artists – Steven Wilson, frontman with UK prog standard bearers Porcupine Tree, and Mikael Åkerfeldt, creative force for Swedish progressive metal legends Opeth. Recorded at Wilson’s No Man’s Land studio in leafy Hertfordshire, England, Storm Corrosion is a 45 minute, six-song exploration of the outer limits of these two artists’ febrile creativity which is as dark and twisted as it is cinematic in its scope.

First single ‘Drag Ropes’ will premier Triple J’s The Racket and is widely serviced and worked at targeted radio. Exclusive interviews with Mikhael Akerfeldt and Steven Wilson will run in Blunt Magazine, Hysteria Magazine, Maniacs and Triple J (radio).
