Manly Sea Eagles have won their eighth Premiership and their second in four years, after a classic victory over the Warriors in the 2011 NRL Grand Final. The Sea Eagles proved too strong for their trans-Tasman opponents despite a gallant late comeback from the Warriors, posting their claim to being one of the most dominant clubs in recent years with the win.
It was the third Grand Final in the last five years for the men from North Sydney and their experience was obvious. Skippers Jason King and Jamie Lyon, alongside vice-captain Brett Stewart and Steve Matai have led the Sea Eagles throughout the year to help bring the Premiership back to Manly.
