-TOM J WILLIAMS is a dynamic and engaging performer that, aged only 17, has already experienced musical highs that some season professionals could only dream of. Two years ago Tom was the youngest ever top ten finalist in Channel 10's reality television show Australian Idol. His signature tune from Idol, ‘Don’t Want To Miss A Thing’, has already been played 150,000 time on MySpace. The singer/songwriter from Adelaide is a natural musician, also playing the piano and the guitar. There are few performers of his age and demographic that display his level of musical maturity. He has been busy writing and recording his debut album, and the single ‘LOL’ (the first commercial single based on texting) and its accompanying music video are the first taste of what he’s been cooking. The album will be a mixture of modern pop/rock, as well as what he’s best known for – killer ballads.
