Brushfire Holidays Vol1: This

Brushfire’s first holiday compilation includes holiday standards and cover versions recorded by Jack Johnson and the Brushfire Records artist roster. Brushfire Records was founded in Hawaii in 2002 by Jack Johnson along with his wife, Kim and Emmett Malloy. In the middle of a hot US summer, each Brushfire artist hit the studio or their 4-tracks and channelled the holiday spirit. The compilation features classic Christmas songs from Jack Johnson, Mason Jennings, Neil Halstead, Rogue Wave and Zach Gill along with new original songs from Matt Costa, Money Mark, G. Love, ALO and Brushfire’s newest artist Zee Avi. 25% of Brushfire’s album profits will be donated in support of children’s music education.
