My Wellness Garden

The soul is a beautiful garden that grows and changes throughout the seasons and storms of our lifetime. There are seasons where seeds are planted, seasons that bear much fruit and seasons of rest where the soil quietly awaits its next crop. In this book the reader will find a twelve week journaling experience aimed at unpacking grief from past events, learning the skills needed to carry grief with honor in day to day life and the introduction of tools needed to help bolster them through future seasons of transitional grief. The book includes ample space for journaling through each day and supportive Bible scriptures and prayer to close out each day's activity.
