Tba - 78's To 45's- Early Memphis Years

In the early 1950s, B.B. King, who had just started his career as a blues man in Memphis, made his full-fledged debut with the prestigious RPM (Modern/Kent). An unprecedented and innovative box set that combines the first six LPMs from that RPM, which were originally released only at 78 (SP), into 45 (7-inch singles), including Sam Phillips' Sun Studio recordings! While heavily influenced by T-bone Walker and Roy Brown, B.B. appeared as a rough and tough young 'blues boy' who ushered in a new era of blues. The king of the blues, the giant B.B.
