Barista Coffee Guide

Coffee is one of the most traded commodities in the world, second only to oil. Coffee is grown in over 50 countries throughout the world, with many of those economies dependant on this great commodity. Now you have your own coffee machine you can start to use it like a barista. The process of preparing and serving espresso-related beverages seems, to the average person, a relatively simple task. However, as you start to use your machine you will find, initially, that the production is anything but simple. In fact it is a rather complex matter and will require a good deal of practice. Learning to extract café-quality espresso from your machine is like learning to shuffle cards – it takes practice but once the skills are obtained you will never look back.
