Nick has enough on his plate between leading his team and being a single dad. But soon Nick begrudgingly starts to crave the fun and sunshine Ruby has brought into his life, and she starts to see the gentle nature hiding behind his gruff exterior. And as she starts to fall for Moonshot's star hockey player, Ruby's romance falls into place.
