This Side of Glory

For 25 years, Higher Things has gathered from coast to coast and everywhere in between to clearly proclaim the Gospel to youth and young adults, to dare them to be Lutheran, to show them that their salvation was won for them by Jesus Christ on the Cross.

This collection of 26 essays celebrates each of our conferences as we reflect upon the whole counsel of God, bit by bit, year by year. Written by the presenter, the preacher, the group leader, the attendee, the staff member, these essays reflect why Higher Things not only chose the theme, but why Higher Things continues to return to each of the themes in everything we do, and why Higher Things' s mission to make the Gifts of Christ Jesus known to youth and young adults knows no timeframe.
