This Study Guide is more than a simple Q&A about the book, The Three Daily Disciplines: A Leadership Carol. It is an opportunity-through self-examination, intentionality, and action-to become a better person and a more influential leader by practicing the Three Daily Disciplines of Curiosity, Humility, and Empathy.

The Study Guide is organized into six sessions, each designed with self-examination and application questions that focus on Professional Growth, Personal Growth, and Spiritual Growth. Participants can choose to work through the questions and sections most relevant to their current season of life.

The questions may be explored individually or in a small group or team setting. At the end of each session, participants select one action step to implement in order to grow as an influential leader at work and at home, following Bruce's example in The Three Daily Disciplines: A Leadership Carol.
