Rose has spent her life being told cautionary tales about faeries and mists and moons and those who stray on to the moors after dark. Until she meets Hawkbit – a beautiful, mysterious boy who appears at their door one night as if from nowhere. Rose and Hawkbit form an instant bond, and Rose soon finds herself drawn deeper into the misty wildness at the edge of the moors where Hawkbit seems to belong. Here a new world opens up to Rose – one that makes her question everything.
