The narrative of this book will look back over key life lessons for the Author, and look forward to

challenges and life stages ahead, pulling on his experiences both personally and professionally. It will include, for example, the story of the Author's late diagnosis for ADHD: what that's meant for him, how he's adapted to having that information and any adjustments to life he's made accordingly (or not), his successful journey into sobriety, plus lessons learnt in the emergency room and other areas of his work that have altered both his life view and direction.

While there will be significant underlying takeaway that readers may apply to their own lives, this book will be positioned as a memoir rather than a self-help guide
