Belinda had been the chief scientist and CEO of Ragnar Willowbrook Labs, a Silicon Valley-based biomedical engineering lab that was known to cut corners for its billionaire clients. After retrieving a stolen petri dish containing very special but very toxic nanobots, Belinda believed it was her destiny to resurrect the Basque Golden Age.
