Many of the men of Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, arrived in Vietnam green as green can be to a place they couldn't have found on a map. They were largely transported to Vietnam as individuals, rather than as units, but, through intense fighting at places like Hamburger Hill, a trust was developed between the men. Decades after their service ended, many of them continue to meet. They share their stories still, still seeking to bring some closure to that chapter in their lives and to honor those who sacrificed for their country and their unit.
