Drawing in Architecture Education and Research: Lucerne Talks

What role does drawing play in architectural education? How is drawing used as an instrument for communication, investigation, and representation in architecture and the construction industry? Johannes Käferstein is head of the Institute of Architecture at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art's School of Engineering & Architecture and a principal of Zurich-based firm Käferstein & Meister Architekten. Jonathan Sergison is a cofounder of London and Zurich-based Sergison Bates architects and a professor of architectural design at the Academy of Architecture (Università della Svizzera intaliana) in Mendrisio, Switzerland.
