Joelle Avelino is a Congolese and Angolan Illustrator who grew up in the United Kingdom. Joelle worked on author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's debut picture book Mama's Sleeping Scarf, and also collaborated with Dapo Adeola to create Hey You!
