The book features famous characters from the world of comics (under pseudonyms, of course) and other historical figures and family members, all drawn with Eisner\'s characteristic mastery and technique.

The Spirit -- one of the most influential comics of all time created by Will Eisner -- is coming to the big screen, directed by Frank Miller (Sin City). Shooting is expected to start in November 2007.
