Gérard Lenorman was born on February 9, 1945 in Calvados. In 1968, his career took off and the young singer opened for Johnny Hallyday. He also composed songs for Brigitte Bardot, then at the height of her fame. In 1970, he triumphed in the lead role of the musical Hair where he replaced Julien Clerc. The following year, his single De toi trusts the French charts. The successes follow one another until 1978, when his album Nostalgies gets two gold discs. Since then, the man known as the Little Prince of French song has toured regularly throughout France, singing his most beautiful hits.
