Kasabian return their eagerly awaited 5th album ‘48:13’. Kasabian burst on to the scene in 2004 with their critically acclaimed UK top 5 self titled album. The band followed up with the UK #1 Album ‘Empire’, which reached #1 on the UK Charts and received 9/10 from NME and 4/5 from Q. The band’s 3rd album ‘’ West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’ also reached #1 in the UK and was the band’s first top 15 album on the Australian ARIA charts reaching #11. ‘’ West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum’ is now certified Gold in Australia. The Album was named Q Magazine’s best album of 2009 and saw the band win ‘Best British Group’ at the 2010 Brit Awards.

‘Velociraptor’, the group's 2011 album was their 3rd UK #1 album and was certified platinum there. In Australia it reached #8 on the ARIA charts. Kasabian’s live show are legendary, with the band now a sought after headline act, after playing top of the bill at T In The Park and Reading and Leeds Festivals. The band have been to Australia 3 times. Their first trip was on Big Day Out 2007, with side shows in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. They returned in 2010 again for Big Day Out with side shows in Sydney and Melbourne. The band were last in Australia in 2012 to play Big Day Out for a third time, along with shows at The Horden in Sydney and Festival Hall in Melbourne.
