Mavis Davis (Diana Davidson) has had enough! Younger son Eddie (Kelly Dingwall) wears headphones all day and almost electrocutes her. Older boy Wally (Philip Quast) is gay and lives in a huge over-ripe banana. And her husband Roly (Allan Penney) has grown into a blind, motionless, emotionless vegetable. So pack the bags, Mavis is off on an around the world package trip leaving them all behind. However, when Dad finds out she has been joined by their hated next door neighbour (Rob Steele); long dead passions begin to stir. Blind, senile old Dad decides to chase his wife around the world.

One problem...no money. Solution, Eddie and Wally, with the help of their Dad's beautiful nurse, Ophelia Cox (Gosia Dobrowolska), decide to take him on that trip right in his own backyard. With the use of sounds, smells and sensations the trio soon have him convinced he's travelling around the world - in fact, too convinced. Dad is having such a great time his eyesight, health and lust for life are improving - alarmingly!
