Polar Bears (3D + 2D Blu-ray) Blu-ray 3D

Polar bears are made for snow, ice and cold but as a result of warmer climates they need to adapt for longer summer conditions. Every year, with an earlier ice break up, and later ice formation, polar bears are forced onto the land for longer periods of time. The long hot summer is their most difficult season. Polar Bears are not well suited for heat, grass and trees. This is the story, over a single summer season, to journey with the polar bear. We join him just as he leaves his ice and solitude and seeks to survive the summer and a round of intense socializing with other bears and even other animals. It is largely an unfamiliar transition for him and full of obstacles. Watching polar bears responding to these obstacles, in 3D and in close up, is a celebration in their remarkable intelligence and capacity to survive.
