"Like most of us, Ive been a fan of the iconic Country Calendar television programme for many years. As I watched one evening, it occurred to me that nobody had ever taken the programme that one step further to discover if the families cook with what they cultivated, reared or grew. I travelled the length of the country, warmly welcomed into the homes of families who have featured on Country Calendar.
