THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Suburbanite Chet Ripley (John Candy) takes his family to a lakeside resort for what he thinks will be a quiet vacation away from it all. But then his snobby brother-in-law Roman Craig (Dan Aykroyd) shows up with his snooty brood, and unexpected mishaps ensue. The two families try to get along but they didnt count on Mother Nature stepping in to add her two cents. Annette Bening makes her big-screen debut as Romans wife, Kate.

SGT BILKO
Sgt. Bilko (Steve Martin) is hardly a role model -- he gambles, rents out military vehicles and implements a string of shady schemes. Even so, his troops idolize him, and Bilkos commanding officer (Dan Aykroyd) looks the other way. Things heat up when Bilkos nemesis (Phil Hartman) pays him a visit, seeking revenge for a past misdeed. But it gets even hotter when Bilko forgets his wedding day -- and his fiance (Glenne Headly) is steamed.
