Digitally remastered edition of the debut album from the punk poet landed like a neutron bomb amidst the energy and frenzy in the wake of The Ramones and The Sex Pistols. It showed there was indeed a keen sense of humour in all the mayhem and ya just didn't have to take it all seriously. For American audiences, Clarke's voice may take a bit of getting used to, but once you do, you just can't stop listening. It's a healthy dose of tongue in cheek humour and most entertaining for the weary. Worth buying alone for "(I Married A) Monster From Outer Space", but don't miss "I Don't Wanna Be Nice" and the hilarious "Health Fanatic". This edition add tracks from the "Gimmix" EP featuring live versions of "The Pest", "Gimmix! Play Loud" and "Kung Fu International".
