Following her solo debut /After the Storm/, cellist/singer/songwriterMel Robinson's distinctive style is enhanced by groovemeister Steve Richterin one of the freshest releases to recently grace the airwaves. The title track'Unravelling" subtly fuses electro and world sounds while being galvanised bythe seductive clarity of Mels vocals. This is so skilfully put together it is almostimpossible to believe it is a debut recording. Also featuring remixes byAnthony Cormican and Graeme Blevins, this EP certainly delivers.
