In August 2001, the ABC found some money down the back of the couch & commissioned a hard-hitting, satirical programme that took no prisoners in its savage dissection of the week's news. They couldn't find one, so we offered them 5 people sitting around talking dirty for half an hour. They said "Maybe", we said "Be your best friend" & thus, The Glass House was born.
