What the Smurf is a Smurf?Far, very far from here, in a little village full of mushroom-shaped houses live the Smurfs. The little characters are three apples high, have blue skin and are dressed in white trousers and a cap. Yet they are a happy, easy-going bunch - give or take one or two. The DVD contains four Smurfy adventurous episodes featuring Smurfette and the evil Gargamel. Paradise Smurfed: Lazy dreams of discovering a hidden paradise that hides a nightmare. The Fountain of Smurf: Papa Smurf becomes a Smurfling, and the Smurfs must find a way to restore him to normal with the help of Gargamel. Springtime Special: Gargamel teams up with his godfather Lord Balthazar to capture six Smurfs for making gold by putting a spell on Mother Nature, freezing their forest. The Smurfs enlist the aid of the woodland animals to bring an end to their plans and to bring spring back into the forest. The Good, the Bad and the Smurfy: The wizard Mordain, who seeks to overthrow the kingdom by turning his liege into a frog, abducts Papa Smurf and someothers.
