Why I Love Shopping At Sanity

For as long as I can remember, I have always bought my movies at Sanity. Back when I was in high-school, I use to get off the bus after school and go down to my local store and pre-order upcoming releases. The first film I ever pre-ordered was Clash of The Titans on DVD. I have fond memories of the store and the staff were always so kind to me. That is why I still shop at Sanity. I am here today to talk about why I love it, what has kept me coming back after all of these years. So, here are the 6 reasons I absolutely love shopping at Sanity. 

The range of products – Over the years, Sanity has adapted to the changing environment. For years, DVD’s, Blu-Ray’s and CD’s were the way of the world, but due to a change in the physical media climate, Sanity has begun to stock a number of different items. The customer service – I have always been more inclined to shop at a business with amazing customer service and Sanity has always delivered that for me. Whether it be through the friendly online team, or the team down at my local store, the Sanity staff always know what they are talking about and always provide you with the help you need, whether it be locating an item, ordering an item in for you or giving you the best deals. I remember when I use to pre-order my items, the staff were always so kind to help me get the best value for money, with multi-buy deals and what the best format for me to purchase was. The Elite rewards system – Sanity’s Elite rewards system is one of the best. A point for every dollar spent and a points coupon at the end of each quarter. It’s a great deal and really does reward customers for being loyal. After the lockdowns of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us were forced to start using online shopping as our only means of shopping, so the fact Sanity has such a great online site that allows you order with express post or click and collect from your local store, is a huge win for customers, streamlining the process and making it easy.

Extensive Online Pre-orders – Sanity have an extensive list of online pre-orders that many competitors are unable to offer. Release dates for many film titles are released on Sanity months in advance, with customers able to pre-order the title straight after seeing it on the big-screen. This is the same for television titles, game titles for PS5, X-box series X/s and Nintendo Switch. This is a huge incentive for customers as they can pre-order their copy of their favourite movies well in advance ensuring they don’t miss out when it is released. 

Sanity is my favourite store and has been for over a decade. So many great products, with awesome customer service and a fantastic rewards system make it a no brainer for me. I have so many fond memories, spending countless hours browsing the shelves in store and now the pages online, where I discovered some of my favourite films of all time. Every time I walk past my local Sanity, I always stop in to have a look and more often than not, I walk away with something, whether it be a movie or a fun new board game for my collection.
