When placing a pre-order in store or online, our team will see that there’s an amount to organize for our customers. New Release Music and Pop Vinyl, in particular, run on extremely tight timelines with manufacturers and demand is always heavy. We have seen some of the latest releases take longer to organize for customers because pre-orders have been placed the day before release date.
