This volume, Global Perspectives on Responsible and Regulated Artificial Intelligence, presents the proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Responsible, Risk-Aware and Regulated Artificial Intelligence (RRRAI-2026), held on 3–4 April 2026 in Pune, India.
