Tiny Dives

When the world tells you that to find happiness you have to 'dive in' and 'take the leap' this Korean 200,000 copy bestselling journal encourages us to look for joy in the tiny.

When the world tells you that to 'dive in' and 'take the leap': Find joy in the tiny.

When Taesoo and Moonjung were reeling from burnout and depression, they decided to launch a light-hearted project in search of Tiny Dives - small, everyday moments of joy that only require diving 1cm deep. Now, they invite you to become the third member of Tiny Dives.

In this journal, they chronical each 'dive', whether that be writing a CV of your useless talents, picking a niggling grudge to let go, or reflecting on what could possibly be more interesting than scrolling on your phone, and then leave space on the page for you to dive in yourself, offering gentle prompts, conversations, anecdotes, and reflections that guide readers toward their own discoveries.

This guided journal will help you rekindle small pleasures in life, let go of things that hold you back, and sit with bigger questions about purpose and meaning.
