In-Sync

Finally, there's a way to determine if someone really has what it takes to be successful, long-term, in an executive role. Sitting at the intersection of business, science, and spirituality, In-Sync offers a groundbreaking observation model based on movement and motion. The model's core stems from Leonardo da Vinci's famous declaration over 500 years ago that motion is the cause of all life. With this principle at its center, the model allows you to better predict whether a person's motions are congruent with the requirements of their senior leadership role. Specifically, the model asks the essential question that has been missing from executive assessment tools: Can this person flow knowledge? Financial valuation research now confirms that knowledge and knowledge flows are the most valuable assets in an organization. Executives are tasked with creating that value. But how do you determine if someone can move knowledge?

In this highly researched model, you now have at your fingertips a step-by-step observation process to answer that question. The objective data you collect become your blueprint for identifying how well matched a person is to the five knowledge flow movements. Adding this paradigm-shifting tool to your repertoire will not only improve your selection, hiring, and development processes, but it will forever change how you look at leadership talent.
