Coaching Everyone

Coaching That Honors How Every Brain Works

Coaching isn’t about fixing people—it’s about helping them reconnect with what makes them extraordinary. Coaching Everyone brings together neuroscience, inclusive coaching practices, and the lived realities of modern work to create a new approach that honors the brilliance of every brain.

Drawing on two decades of coaching experience, cutting-edge neurobiology research, and deep expertise in neurodiversity and learning, Jenn Labin offers a practical model for creating coaching relationships in which people feel safe enough to think clearly, brave enough to explore honestly, and supported enough to grow intentionally.

With this book, you’ll:

• Discover how trust, psychological safety, and the brain’s reward systems interact to shape insight and behavior change.
• Learn how coaching conversations can activate the neural pathways that make learning “stick.”
• Gain tools—such as the ORBIT Model of Executive Function, the Constellation of Ease & Effort, and the Brightness Scale—to adapt your coaching style and help individuals anchor insights into real, sustainable action.

Whether you’re a coach, a leader, or a talent development professional, this book will help you build coaching relationships that elevate confidence and ignite curiosity. If you believe growth is possible for every thinker—and that brilliance comes in many forms—this is your manual.
