Little Bear And Abby

This picture book reminds us that even special days may not turn out as we had imagined, and that emotional intelligence also involves learning to live with frustration.

Little Bear prepares a surprise birthday party for her friend Abby. The celebration is interrupted by rain and strong winds, and everyone runs off to take shelter from the bad weather.

The story tenderly reveals to us the existence of life's unexpected events and the importance of facing them in a positive way.

With a message focused on the importance of the support found in true friendship, the story does not deny the existence of setbacks, but rather views them with kindness and transforms them into valuable lessons.

Cecilia Varela's illustrations, full of color and warmth, accompany the story with beautiful details that invite readers to linger on each page to discover them.

An essential picture book that will touch the hearts of children and adults alike, as small disappointments hide big lessons, such as the infinite capacity to reinvent ourselves with joy.
