The Soggy Froggy (Pip and Posy)

Pip and Posy are playing at the playground on a spring afternoon following a rainy morning. When Pip goes on the swing, Posy can't wait and must go on it right now. But Pip makes her wait her turn and he reluctantly agrees to hold her special toy Froggy instead.

The trouble is, it's tricky to hold onto the swing and Froggy. Froggy flies into the air and lands - splash! - in a puddle. Posy is sad and Pip feels cross. Can these two best friends find a way to say sorry and learn to play together?

Pip and Posy are two best friends who help children navigate the ups and downs of toddler life!

These simple yet engaging stories support children who are ready to move beyond a board book but can't quite sit still long enough for a picture book. Each one is beautifully illustrated by Axel Scheffler, the illustrator of The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo's Child and Gruffalo Granny.
