Tough Under Fire - Coloured Vinyl

Founded in the late 70s, Tsunami stood as pioneers of the electrifying San Francisco heavy metal scene. They set an unprecedented standard with their 1983 self-titled debut, which defied industry expectations by climbing to #60 on the Billboard Charts with the hit song "The Runaround". At a time when such mainstream success was reserved almost exclusively for the genre's titans, Tsunami proved that independent heavy metal was a formidable force on the American metal stage. Released in 1990, Tough Under Fire marked the next chapter in Tsunami's evolution following several years of changes both within the band and across the heavy metal landscape. While retaining the strong riffs and anthemic songwriting of their debut, the album introduced a more sophisticated and melodic approach, reflecting the band's growth without abandoning the identity they had established during their initial years. An underrated classic that will appeal to fans of both melodic metal and hard rock... And now it will finally have the much-deserved official reissue. Tough Under Fire has been fully remastered from original audio sources. Includes rare photos of the band, exclusive liner notes and song lyrics. Limited to 150 copies on orange vinyl. For fans of: DOKKEN, JUDAS PRIEST, ICON, QUIET RIOT, LOUDNESS.
