Making her Penrose debut, Trish Toledo, in collaboration with producer Anthony Masino, serves up two solemnly soulful sides, sung en espanol. "¿Para que?," a gorgeously floaty, 6/8 ballad whose sparse instrumentation and thoughtful arrangement leaves ample space for Trish to deliver a vocal performance that exudes the kind of earnest vulnerability that sends daggers into the hearts of the listener.
