Beware Boiuna DVD

Witness terror on a gigantic scale.

A team of young doctors embarks on a humanitarian mission to the Amazon rainforest, full of enthusiasm to help those in need, but each of them with their own agenda. However, not everyone reacts kindly to their arrival, and their visit awakens an ancient predator: the Boina. This mythical creature, which hunts both on land and in water, returns to defend its territory. In the midst of the dense jungle, a merciless struggle for survival ensues, in which the boundaries between hunter and prey, hero and villain, become increasingly blurred. After having made his mark as one of the most versatile and dedicated genre filmmakers around with his reboot of fan favorite Wrong Turn, and his recent remake of the slasher classic Silent Night, Deadly Night, director Mike P. Nelson returns with his most intense undertaking yet. BEWARE BOINA is one part giant snake movie, one part nail-biting survival adventure in the Amazon forest in Colombia. Buoyed by strong performances of an ensemble cast led by Kiana Madeira (Perfect Addiction), Jessica Rothe (Happy Death Day), and Logan Marshall-Green (Prometheus), this production from producers Jeremy Bolt and Robert Kulzer (Resident Evil, Monster Hunter) fires on all cylinders, delivering thrills, suspense, and surprising twists and turns - a relentless cult shocker on arrival.
