Originally released by Carioca, the group that evolved from Kiyoshi Hasegawa's regular session band, this second album showcases their Brazilian music roots in samba and bossa nova while expanding into jazz, pop, and rock to create a more accessible crossover sound. Featuring the five core members alongside guest musicians Shuichi Ponta" Murakami (drums), Kenji Omura (guitar), Hiroki Inui (keyboards), Shigeharu Mukai (trombone), Jake H. Concepcion (saxophone), and Bread & Butter (chorus), the album also includes a cover of an Ivan Lins composition.
