On the Killer’s Trail - R. Barri Flowers

The hunter becomes the hunted when two detectives track a killer.

Pressured to leave her job after exposing police corruption, widowed Detective Savannah Bristow relocates to small-town Michigan where she hopes to find a safe haven to raise her teenage boy. Instead, she finds a serial killer whose pattern is strikingly similar to a string of unsolved murders Savannah had been investigating — and an unexpected ally in her new partner, Detective Fletcher McCord. As danger closes in, attraction flares between them. But Fletcher knows that if he wants a future with Savannah, he must stop the killer before she’s lost forever.
