Ahimsa

Through Ahimsa, the Lord can work through each of us and collectively; a vast, radiant, formidable, faithful army of peace in action to serve Him joyfully every day. Together with others, we can forge a change from the ground up that cannot fail to alter the present greedy, godless political framework, ushering a new wave of Ahimsa-minded leaders who prioritize peace and meeting the needs of all people over war and economic profiteering. Once this occurs, the foreign policies of every country can easily undergo an equally dramatic transformation; wherein, instead of pursuing polices of self-aggrandizement, policies will seek to serve others, preserve resources, feed the hungry, help the jobless, house the homeless and witness to the churchless. Thus, when the lives of millions of individuals throughout the world become grounded in Ahimsa, a firm committal to peace and non-violence at all costs, then it's a mere question of mathematics: larger institutions whether they be the churches, companies, communities or nations will begin to reflect these values as well.
