The Art & Psychedelic Integration Workbook

Healing doesn't have to hurt. By getting curious and giving yourself a space to get creative, this workbook can be a resource to help process, understand and integrate challenging or difficult experiences through the act of making art from the comfort of your home.
As psychedelic and plant medicine becomes more available, finding support for healing from adverse, mystical, challenging or non-ordinary experiences can be limited. When words aren't enough, engaging in art making allows you to increase your self-awareness and reconnect with your own inner healer. This workbook is a resource as well as a safe, nonjudgemental space that encourages curiosity and self-reflection.
The subconscious often speaks in symbol, metaphor and archetypes-similarly to plant medicine and psychedelics. Art and creative approaches to psychedelic integration allow expedited healing through increased somatic understanding, providing and embodied awareness of themes from the experience, identifying archetypes, and removing the limitations of words. Creating art and making meaning are natural human practices that allow us to process events, cope with emotions, gain insight and understanding, promote connection and improve our overall well-being.
Inside this workbook, you'll find art directives, reflective journal prompts, coloring pages, templates, and interactive components that encourage creating.
This workbook is suitable for all skill levels-no art experience needed! It offers creative tools, accessible psychoeducation and can used as be an additions or alternative to talk-based integration.
