American Promise

Inspired by the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, composer Karen LeFrak wrote American Promise as a reflection on the strength and endurance of the nation-it's ongoing fight for liberty and the deep gratitude shared for the opportunities and freedoms it represents. The album features world-premiere recordings of three new works-American Promise, Lady Liberty Suite, and Prairie Dawn-celebrating hope, arrival, and belonging through sweeping orchestral passages and intimate, lyrical moments. Recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of arranger and conductor William Ross at London's renown Abbey Road Studios, the project brings LeFrak's expansive musical vision to life with both grandeur and emotional depth.
