Supporting International Mobility Programs

International mobility is increasingly understood not simply as studying abroad, but as an ongoing educational process that extends across preparation, immersion, reintegration, and continued intercultural engagement. This edited volume explores how educators and institutions support students throughout and beyond the study abroad experience, helping sustain intercultural, linguistic, academic, and professional development over time. Combining international perspectives and diverse case studies, the collection highlights the evolving role of educators in shaping meaningful, transformative, and internationally connected learning experiences in higher education.
