Wind Of Change

Warm melodies, tasteful guitar work, and sophisticated songwriting define Wind of Change by Peter Frampton. Originally released in 1972, the album marked Frampton's second solo release after leaving Humble Pie and further established him as one of the most versatile rock musicians of the era. Blending rock, folk, blues, and acoustic influences, Wind of Change features a rich, melodic sound driven by Frampton's expressive vocals and distinctive guitar playing. The album also includes contributions from notable guests such as Ringo Starr and Billy Preston. Alongside originals like It's A Plain Shame, All I Wanna Be (Is By Your Side) and title track Wind Of Change, the album features a dynamic cover of Jumpin' Jack Flash, giving the classic Rolling Stones track a distinctive Frampton-style interpretation.
